Hey all. Welcome to my website. I created this to help provide information pertaining to health and fitness that actually is useful for your journey. I always enjoyed being active at a young age, and participated in sports such as wrestling and track. After high school I moved on to enlisting in the Marine Corps, where I learned how to push through anything and keep focused on any goal I had set for myself.

Eventually I wanted to help others as I left the Marines, so I got my trainer certification and it's been quite a ride. Starting out there was plenty of ups and downs, but at the end of the day I knew I was part of life changing journey's for many. Now I hold multiple certifications including USAW, a fitness manager for a local gym, and have assisted many with taking a medal on the platform.

My strength programs help teach you the basic fundamentals of movement and how to develop strength. Those already experienced will still benefit from specific programming that will help increase your totals whether it be for powerlfiting or weightlifting. Growth is needed for strength, and I'll put you on that right path to success.
